One of the points taken into consideration in the design of structures according to static and / or dynamic loads is the mechanical properties of construction steel. That's why the world steel industry is in constant development to improve the mechanical properties of construction steel.
Yesilyurt Iron and Steel makes technological investments that will keep the quality under control at every stage of production, simultaneously with the world steel industry. As a result of this, we are able to export steel in various standards to every continent of the world today. Exporting more than 50% of its production, Yeşilyurt Demir Çelik has become one of the important actors of the steel industry not only in terms of capacity but also in terms of quality, with its highly advanced laboratories and test centers.
Quality and test management processes of relevant standards are fulfilled with instantaneous tracking during production (ensuring full traceability) in our facilities, which can produce as per any standard required (through controlled cooling system and micro-alloying method) for countries such as Spain, England, USA, Germany, Russia, Turkic Republics, Romania, Singapore, Hong Kong.
In our plants, in addition to standard grades recognized worldwide, we also produce special quality rebars as per customer demands such as Yeşilyurt patented YURTSİSMİK® earthquake steel, and highly weldable low chemical steel (used in bored piling and similar applications).
In our plants, where quality is vital at every stage of production, no final product is handled to the stocking yard without the approval of quality approval department.
